Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society
Starting from August 2016, The JCCS has moved to web-based ScholarOne system for the submission and review of manuscripts. The JCCS ScholarOne site is http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jccs.
ABOUT THE JOURNAL
The Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society (JCCS) was founded by The Chemical Society Located in Taipei (CSLT) in 1954, and is the oldest general chemistry journal in Taiwan. It is an international peer-reviewed journal published by CSLT and Wiley-VCH. It publishes original research results dealing with all major areas of chemistry: organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, physical chemistry, and materials science. The publication language is English.
Authors are requested to submit their manuscript through our online submission system (https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jccs) or through our homepage (http://www.jccs.wiley-vch.de). For the submission of new manuscripts, please prepare a main document (allowed formats: Word and PDF) with all schemes, figures, and table collected at the end of the text. Please make use of our templates to prepare your submission and follow the instructions on the online submission website to upload files. If you encounter any problems, please contact the editorial office
REVISION OF MANUSCRIPTS
On average the peer-review of each manuscript takes 30-45 days. If you get notified by e-mail that your manuscript is considered for publication in the JCCS after minor or major revision, please go to the online submission site, login and read the comments made by the referees. Follow the guidelines (Section 3-1) carefully when preparing your revision – this might be important for the further editorial evaluation of your manuscript. Authors should answer the comments one by one and highlight the corrections made in the manuscript in red. Revised manuscripts must be uploaded within two months; otherwise the manuscript is considered withdrawn by the authors. If the manuscript is a revised or extended version of a manuscript previously rejected by JCCS, the author must inform the editor about the previous submission in the cover letter and explain in detail what changes have been made
