元月十八日上午於國立臺灣師範大學（汀洲路校區）科教中心601室與全球互動連線,共12位參與者含女化學家、研究所碩博士女生、博士後、化學主修者、職場化學人、化學教師與教授一同分享

Here in Taiwan we had 12 female chemists coming from different universities--including college students to professors, almost representatives from each level, and two from local pharmaceutical company.
We all were very excited to be able to meet other chemists through skype camera. Although not much discussion for the short connection, it was still a new way to contact so many female chemists far away at one time. We ourself also had a good discussion on some of the issues all women scientists encountered. We had two journalists from two newsmedia with us this morning. They raised many questions about women in chemistry as well as in S&E fields.
Our young chemists think that we should use skype more often to communicate with other groups within the country and in other countries. In any case, it was indeed a good experience.
