此次由台灣拉曼光譜協會(TARS)首次舉辦的國際研討會內容包含由一群著名的科學家，以及在最前線參與拉曼光譜研究的年輕研究者們所帶來的演講及壁報發表。其主題包含線性及非線性拉曼光譜學、拉曼顯微光譜及成像的生物應用、超快時間解析拉曼光譜學，以及針尖增強拉曼光譜。壁報發表會議於7月4日傍晚舉行。我們邀請到了相關領域的科學家及學生們來進行壁報發表。第一份通知已附在mail的附件中。
另外，我們將會於今年的7月5-6日舉辦另一個相關活動－「台灣拉曼光譜協會學術交流研習營」。詳情請參照附件的傳單及報名表。

This kick-off symposium of the Taiwan Association of Raman Spectroscopy (TARS) features lectures and posters from distinguished scientists and young researchers including graduate students working on the forefront of Raman spectroscopy. Topics will include linear and nonlinear Raman spectroscopy, biological applications of Raman microspectroscopy and imaging, ultrafast time-resolved Raman spectroscopy, and tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The poster mixer will be held on the evening of July 4. We invite scientists and students from related areas to contribute to posters. The first circular is attached to this email.
We will also have an associated event, the TARS Student Camp, on July 5-6, 2013; please see the attached flyer for details.
Deadline for registration and abstract submission: June 26, 2013.
