2019 第 18 屆亞洲化學大會在 12/10（週二）11:00-12:50 於台北國際會議中心 201 DE 室，有場由英國皇家化學會（RSC）主辦以〈Women’s Progression and Retention in Chemistry〉為主題的小組討論。本年度的「女化學家午餐分享會」與此活動結合，邀請大家參與。

Many excellent female chemists are not progressing to senior grades in the same proportion as their male peers.
This panel discussion will focus on the topic of gender in chemistry and will feature different perspectives on this important subject from leading visionaries representing different sectors and countries.
The panellists will discuss the barriers leading to attrition and lack of progression that result in gender imbalance at the highest levels, taking questions and discussion points from the audience.
